Ziyi Tang

Barrister and Solicitor
Ziyi obtained her Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto, Canada) and her Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law (Shanghai, China). Since her call to the Bar, she draws on her experience in different areas of law and dedicates herself to exploring creative and cost-effective solutions for her clients. Ziyi maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters including contractual and shareholder disputes, construction lien claims, property disputes, and mortgage enforcement. Ziyi also has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters, including domestic contracts, children and parenting issues, child and spousal support, asset and property division, and multi-jurisdictional and international matters. On the solicitor’s side, Ziyi is also experienced in various transactional matters such as real estate transactions, mortgage refinancing, purchase and sale of businesses, as well as corporate and commercial matters.
